By setting up this appointment, you agree to adhere to these policies.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
• Same-day cancellations are not allowed. You will be charged the full service price.
• You may cancel your appointment 24 hours prior.
• All no-shows will be charged the full amount of the service. (Note: This charge is non-refundable. If you are a package holder, a visit will be deducted from your package.)
• If you have set up on the same day, you will have 30 minutes to cancel from the time you have set up the appointment at no charge. To do so, please text us at 415-694-1970.
• Regardless of if you are late, your service will be performed up until the scheduled end time. You will still be charged the full price of the service.
FACIAL & WAXING PACKAGES POLICIES
• Because our facial and waxing packages are offered at a special value, all package purchases are final and non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
• While we will always do our best to accommodate requests, the purchase of a package does not guarantee appointments with a specific esthetician.
• Promotional package pricing is valid for one (1) year from the purchase date. After that time, the amount originally paid may be applied as a credit toward services at our current pricing.
